Mostly the wonderful welcome we got from Maria anytime we saw her, especially when checking in, such a fantastic lady, very informative, had a great sense of humour, welcoming & willing to help us at all times, such an amazing asset to the hotel, Paola was also a fantastic lady, welcoming as well, they made our stay memorable, we enjoyed every minute & felt so comfortable straight away, Belin was on reception in the morning time, another gorgeous member of staff who gave us great advice about transport, gave us the change required etc.. well done Hotel Ilunion for caring to have such amazing staff it really makes the difference, we shall definitely be back 😆

Thank you very much, everything went well. In general, it’s not bad, if you don’t find fault too much, and if you don’t have any pretensions and just express an opinion, then the hotel really doesn’t have enough slippers, since it’s not so clean that you could walk barefoot. Another of the minuses was that there was a dog smell in the room ((, as a pregnant girl, this brought me a lot of discomfort. This is not a complaint, in general we were satisfied, the cleaning was done daily, the staff was responsive, for some reason they didn’t take the tip that we left for cleaning the room ,every day they were transferred to the cabinet.

The décor was tasteful and modern, with soothing color schemes that immediately put us at ease. The room was impeccably clean, with attention paid to every detail. It was spacious, allowing ample room to move around comfortably, and featured all the amenities one could desire for a relaxing stay. The large windows offered breathtaking views of the surroundings, adding to the overall charm of the space.

Me and my mum stayed here for our quick week long holiday in Spain, and we thought the hotel was great! The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming! Every day once we had left to go and sight see, our room were cleaned, beds made up and given fresh towels! Maria in particular was amazing!! The travel to all the main sightseeing destinations were very quick and easy! We mostly took the metro everywhere and the nearest station was a 2 min walk!

It was well situated next to the metro line, and between the city center and the airport. There is everything you need in the same street as the hotel. Beds were comfortable and the room clean. Staff was also very friendly, solution-oriented and proactive when I raised an issue with my room (thanks again to María from the reception desk)!
